Terms and Conditions — 888rot: Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to 888rot. By creating an account or accessing or using any feature on the platform — whether for Sports Betting, slots, crash games, Live Casino, or any other available service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed in full to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

In this document, the terms below carry the following meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the website, systems, apps, and services made available by 888rot.
• "User" refers to any individual registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual profile created by the user upon registration.
• "Balance" refers to the BRL (R$) balance available in the user's account for betting or withdrawal.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits subject to specific terms of use.

To use 888rot's services, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following are mandatory requirements for registration:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date.
• Be an individual residing in Brazil.
• Hold a valid CPF registered and active with the Receita Federal.
• Provide a valid personal email address and mobile phone number.
• Create only one account — multiple registrations using the same CPF are strictly prohibited.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. 888rot is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to safeguard their login information.

Sharing, selling, transferring, or lending your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. The account holder is the only person authorized to place bets, make deposits, and request withdrawals. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately notify 888rot support at contato@888rot.net.

888rot follows identity verification procedures — Know Your Customer (KYC) — in compliance with applicable regulations for the betting industry in Brazil. The verification process may be requested at any time and is mandatory for:

• First withdrawal made on the platform, regardless of the amount.
• Cumulative withdrawals exceeding R$ 2,000.00 within any 30-day period.
• Situations where 888rot identifies inconsistencies in registration data.
• Requests arising from regulatory obligations or anti-money laundering requirements.

Documents typically requested include: a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and a selfie holding the document. 888rot may request additional documents depending on the review of each case.

888rot accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$), through the following payment methods:

• Pix — available 24/7, balance available within seconds of confirmation.
• Boleto bancário — allow up to 3 business days for processing.
• Credit/debit card Visa and Mastercard — subject to issuer approval.
• Mercado Pago — available 24/7, immediate processing.
• PicPay — available 24/7, immediate processing.

The minimum amount per deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no defined maximum limit; 888rot may request additional verification for large-volume deposits. 888rot does not charge fees on deposits — any fees from banking intermediaries are the responsibility of the user's bank or card issuer.

Deposits made with details that do not match the account holder are automatically returned and may result in a preventive account suspension. 888rot does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawals on 888rot are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered on the user's account. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00.
• The destination Pix key must be registered under the account holder's CPF.
• The processing time for verified accounts is up to 30 seconds.
• Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP Program members have a separate withdrawal queue and even faster processing times.
• Unverified accounts (KYC pending) have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
• 888rot may hold withdrawals for up to 48 hours for review in cases of unusual activity or suspected fraud.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only real balance accumulated after completing the corresponding rollover requirement is eligible for withdrawal. Real balance from VIP cashback has no rollover and can be withdrawn immediately.

888rot offers Sports Betting across a wide range of disciplines, with special coverage of the Brazilian market. Available competitions include, among others: Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, MMA and UFC, volleyball, NBB basketball, and tennis. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the user.
• If an event is canceled or postponed, bets are refunded to the account balance.
• Bets on live events (in-play) are settled based on the official result of the competition.
• 888rot reserves the right to suspend markets or cancel bets in cases of incorrect data, technical errors, or irregularities in the event.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on the platform and the official result issued by the organizing body, the official result shall prevail.

888rot uses dynamic odds that may change between the time a bet is placed and market closure for pre-game bets. The valid odd is always the one confirmed at the moment the bet is submitted and accepted by the system.

Parlay Bets (Multi)

Parlay bets combining two or more events are allowed. The potential return is calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection. If one event in a parlay is cancelled, that selection is removed from the combination and the payout is recalculated using the remaining events.

The casino games, slots, and crash games available on 888rot are provided by internationally audited and certified third-party providers — including Spribe, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, BGaming, SmartSoft, and others. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), and crash games use Provably Fair technology.

• 888rot does not manipulate and cannot alter the results of any casino game or crash game.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the account balance.
• Results partially completed at the time of a technical failure will be assessed individually based on server records.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is set by the provider and available on the game's information page.

888rot offers a welcome bonus, periodic promotions, and special offers for registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including validity period, rollover requirements, and eligible games.
• The 150% welcome bonus (up to R$ 750.00) requires a 30x rollover on the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• Bonuses expire after the deadline stated in the offer — expired bonus balances are removed automatically.
• Using multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses is prohibited. Detection of this practice results in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and possible account suspension.
• 888rot reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, with prior notice published on the site.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to real money until the rollover requirement has been fully met.

The rollover is calculated on the total bonus amount received. For example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 30x rollover requires the user to place total bets of R$ 3,000.00 on eligible games before being able to withdraw any winnings generated from that bonus.

VIP Cashback — Specific Rules

The weekly cashback from the VIP Program has no additional rollover. The amount is credited every Sunday night based on net losses for the week and can be withdrawn directly via Pix on Monday. VIP cashback is treated as a real balance, not a promotional bonus.

The 888rot VIP Program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression is automatic, based on the user's total accumulated betting volume on the platform, regardless of betting type. The general rules of the VIP Program are:

• VIP level is assigned automatically upon reaching the minimum betting volume required for each tier.
• Accumulated volume does not expire and is not reset due to inactivity.
• Benefits such as cashback, free spins, and monthly bonuses are credited based on the VIP level active at the time of crediting.
• 888rot reserves the right to revise the volume requirements or benefits of the VIP Program with 30 days' prior notice.
• Accounts suspended for terms violations may have their VIP level and associated benefits revoked.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 888rot platform and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of bonus balance:

• Creating more than one account using the same CPF or personal details.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any tool to mask your location or circumvent restrictions.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to place bets in an automated manner without express authorization.
• Systematically practicing odds arbitrage to exploit bonuses without real risk.
• Making deposits using third-party cards or bank accounts.
• Attempting to launder money or using the platform for any illegal purpose whatsoever.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting members of the 888rot support team.
• Sharing privileged information about sporting events to gain an unfair advantage in betting.

888rot reserves the right to suspend, block, or close user accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation.
• User is found to be under 18 years of age.
• User's own request (voluntary closure).
• Responsible gambling self-exclusion request.

If the account is closed at the user's request or due to a non-fraud-related violation, the real balance available in the account (excluding unreleased bonuses) will be refunded via Pix after proper verification. The refund will be issued within up to 5 business days after the closure process is complete.

888rot takes responsible gambling seriously. The platform provides gaming control tools accessible directly from each account dashboard:

• Deposit limit — set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Temporary suspension — block account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — request permanent or temporary account closure for responsible gambling reasons.
• Betting and deposit history — view all your transactions with full transparency.

888rot is a platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over. Any attempt to register by a minor will result in immediate account closure and the real balance being returned to the legal guardian upon verification.

• 888rot is not liable for losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user.
• In cases of a verified technical failure that affects the outcome of a bet or round, 888rot will review the case individually and may refund the wagered amount to the account balance.
• Odds errors publicly acknowledged by 888rot may result in the cancellation of affected bets, with the full stake returned to the account balance.
• 888rot is not responsible for user internet connection failures that result in incomplete bets or losses.

888rot may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, products offered, or the platform's operational practices.

• Relevant changes will be communicated by email to the registered address and/or via in-platform notification.
• Notice will be given at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes full acceptance of the changes.
• Users who disagree with the changes may close their account before the changes take effect and are entitled to a refund of their available real balance.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and 888rot with respect to the use of the platform, superseding any prior understandings, whether verbal or written.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause in this document does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. 888rot may assign its rights and obligations to a company within the same economic group without prior user consent, provided the user's rights are fully preserved.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the regulations applicable to the online betting and gaming sector within the country.
